Booking terms & conditions
Full payment is required to the bank account details provided to guarantee reservation. A deposit equal to the full amount of the period required will be payable on guarantee of reservation. This is wholly returnable on satisfactory inspection of the premises on departure.
Cancellations can be made up to 2 full weeks prior to arrival. Any cancellations thereafter you will be fully liable for the whole charge on the period reserved.
Once payment is received in full and the deposit amount is lodged with us, you will be supplied with information on collection of keys and any other information that you might find helpful for your arrival and satisfactory stay.
The apartment will have been cleaned for you arrival and fresh linen and towels provided. It will be your responsibility to ensure that the apartment is clean and all linen, towels, kitchen equipment and utensils, furniture and fittings are as found or you will be a risk of forfeit of the whole or part of your deposit.
